Good morning, Sijak Parents, Students and Friends
🥋

We are back from Italy and very happy with the results and the wonderful experience. 🇿🇦🇮🇹

A very special thank you to everyone who helped keep the dojo running while I was away. To Sinbeneke Hannah for instructing our little kids, Sinbeneke Ash for taking the adult classes, Nadine for taking our ladies’ groups and Thando keeping our dojo fresh. Your help and support are truly appreciated. 🙏🥋

I hope you all had lots of fun while we were away and I hope you are all still fit! 😄💪 Because next week we are back to training hard again!

I would also like to thank everyone for all the wonderful messages, well wishes and congratulations I have received. Every single message was very much appreciated. ❤️

But I must say, as wonderful as the experience was, I really missed all of you. I missed my classes and training with every single one of you.

So I am very happy to be coming back to my dojo home and martial arts family, and I cannot wait to see everyone again next week. 🥋❤️

Warm regards

🥋 Congratulations to everyone who graded yesterday! 🎉

A huge well done to all of you on your successful grading. You should be proud of the effort, discipline, and determination you showed.

A grading is not only about earning your next belt, it is also a valuable learning experience. It helps you identify the areas where you need to improve, so you know what to focus on in your training. Every mistake is an opportunity to become stronger, more confident, and more skilled.

Now the hard work begins as you move towards your new belt levels. Keep training hard, stay focused, and continue putting in the same dedication and commitment that got you here.

It was a great grading, and we really enjoyed seeing everyone give their best.

Congratulations once again, and keep up the excellent work! 👏🥋

Warm Regards,
