The future of fitness in East London has officially arrived.

We're excited to announce that Phase 1 of our major facility upgrade is now underway, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Body Culture.

Our former pool area is being transformed into an official HYROX Affiliated Training Box—a world-class high-performance training facility designed for athletes and everyday members who want to train smarter, perform better, and achieve more.

This isn't just a renovation. It's a complete evolution of what Body Culture has to offer.
