Low hammock aerial flows are so gentle and soothing. One of my ladies told me how her neck mobility had improved after doing this neck decompression pose, just one session and holding the pose for a few minutes.

I think we all need some neck decompression as we are always huddled over the laptop or phone.

I love the spring time. It's always a reminder of fresh starts, new energy, warmer weather and nature blooming.
