So we won 2 awards @ the 2017 Cape Town 10's. FUN FUN FUN!!! We are all working Moms with busy lifestyles and we will bring it again in 2018!

We were victorious in earning our 5 badges first in 2016 and doubled up in 2017 by not only receiving our 5 badges again in record time......but also the best dressed team off the Court. We will not limit our challenges, but will challenge our limits.

The time has come for us “Older Ladies” to retire and thus the Hot Flushes will not be competing in Netball for 2020.
