his medical aid has advised that they will soon no longer cover his Occupation, Speech and Neuro Physiotherapy.
Neurosurgeons advise that it is imperative that patients get full therapy for at least the first 24 months after date of injury.
We are only 8 months in now.

PARTY POOPERS PARTY

We have had a very poor response to our Dinner/Dance Event that was to be held at the Benoni Lakes Hotel on Saturday 28th of January. We have decided to cancel the event , and rather organise a ‘bring & braai’. We will supply the fire and have organised a great DJ to get the party going. Please make an effort to join in and socialise with your fellow veterans . We will start the first fire at 17h00. Please bring your own cutlery, crockery, meat etc.

LUCKY DRAW

Congratulations to Danielle Joffe and Nicky Loram who had the lucky numbers last Saturday. Danielle won a dinner for two at The Queen of the Nile restaurant at Emperors Palace, and Nicky won the EcoVet gift hamper with great homeopathic products for dogs.

MORE LUCKY DRAWS will take place on Sat 28th during the dinner event. The Food Lovers Draw will be solely for those people who placed their names on the list at the tuck shop. You may put your name on the list when you buy a sandwich or a hot meal.
Compass draw:

There is a compass draw for all the events (singles, doubles and mixed). If you are not going to play the compass draw kindly let the tournament desk know so we can schedule it accordingly. It is inconsiderate towards your opponent to just not arrive for the match, as he or she may have travelled rather far to get to the venue, and all in vain. The draws will be out by latest on Wednesday. Kindly have a look at the draw, and contact your opponent (and us) if you are not going to play the match. If you have already informed us that you will not be playing the match it will reflect in the draw.
