Bethlehem Karate

Our dojo attended the recent KSA League in Port Elizabeth.

Under difficult circumstances we did exceptionally well!

You did it Cara!

Cara was selected to compete at the UFAK Championships in Algeria later this month as part of the South African Karate Team. In the process she will be awarded full Protea Colours!

Cara, we are so proud of you! Thank you Sensei Hendrik Fourie from JKA Bloemfontein where she trains most of the time.

Cara is part of our hybrid program. This program allows her to train where and when she wants. She is affiliated to JKS Federation South Africa in Bethlehem.

Thank you all for helping her achieve her dream!

The quality is unmatched!

Our hybrid karateka, Cara Hoffman, competed at the KSA SA Open this past weekend and performed exceptionally well. Not even a bad case of the flu could keep her down!

The achieved a silver medal in kumite! Proud of you Cara! Thank you sensei Hendrik Fourie for the preparation.

Incredibly proud of what is happening in JKS Federation South Africa. This weekend's area grading in our dojo was just phenomenal! Thank you to the Shihan Kai visiting our dojo.

The mutual respect, friendship and teamwork between all at the moment is better than ever!
