🥋Judo has been part of my life from a very young age. 🥋 I started on the mat as a child, learning not only the techniques of the sport but also the values of respect, discipline, and perseverance. 💪 Those early years shaped who I am today and built a strong foundation that I carry with me both on and off the mat.😊
Now, I have the privilege of coaching young judokas and introducing them to the world of judo, just as I was once introduced. It is something I am truly passionate about. I love working with children, watching them grow in confidence, develop new skills, and find joy in the sport.
Judo is more than just a sport, it is a journey! Being able to guide and inspire the next generation is incredibly special to me and I am grateful to play a part in their journey. 🥋❤️

GAUTENG OPEN COMPETITION 🥋💪

We had an incredible day at the Gauteng Open Competition and our Atlas Judokas truly made us proud. Every single Judoka stepped onto the mat with determination and courage, fighting hard in every match from start to finish!

The results speak for themselves! 5 Gold medals, 3 Silver medals and 1 Bronze medal... 🏅 🥈 🥉
An outstanding achievement and a true reflection of the hard work being put in at training.
