Our mission at Pura Vida Nutrition is to provide tailored programs for the individual’s needs and goals, it can be a once off program / diet or even a 12 Week program for the primary reason that the body needs to have a deload phase regardless of what sport / goal it’s being geared towards. So each week will consist of check-Ins, re-evaluations in case certain aspects of the diet / training needs
