Exciting news our next race is in the planning, come join SAMPRA for an exciting weekend of racing at LOMAC on the 5th to 6th of September 2026. Pilots briefing will commence on the Saturday morning 8am, please bring your own refreshments and all your pylon racers. R100 entry fee for SAMPRA members, R150 for non-SAMPRA members. Hello fellow SA F3Kers.
Family Goodrum had a fantastic weekend in Nancy, France this past weekend. Michelle was top senior female, Nicole top junior female and 4th junior, and I (Craig Goodrum) placed 10 but also 1st in the over 55 category. 3 1st place carbon wings from Jérémy André coming back to SA with us. As a matter of interest I have left my BAMFs in SA in the hope of coming to fly there so I had to borrow Michelle's Snipes. Even with an old guy flying the Snipe still made it to 10th against a lot of newer models.

Entry Fees: R100 (MHSA Members) | R150 (Non-members)
No Cash: For safety and admin reasons, we will not be accepting cash on the day.
Preferred Method: Direct deposit into the MHSA bank account. Please reach out to me (Sam) directly for the banking details.
On the Day: We will have a card machine available for those who couldn't pay via EFT beforehand.

There will be a Swop and Sell Meet on the 23rd of May from 08:00-1700 at the Barnstormers Model Flying Club.

Bring the family, as there will be a Jumping Castle, Fires to braai those steaks that you have been keeping in the deep freeze, as well as a R50 Landing Fee for non-members.

Let's encourage some friends and family to pop by and join in on the flying fun!
