Building confidence through the fundamentals. 💪🏉

In this session focused on mastering safe and effective tackling technique. Our players learned the importance of body position, footwork, head placement, and strong shoulder contact - building the confidence to tackle correctly while keeping themselves and others safe.🏆

Great habits start with great fundamentals, and every session brings us one step closer to becoming better rugby players. 🔥

🏉 Holiday Rugby Clinics | 10/07/26 📸

What an incredible way to finish off our holiday clinic. It was a huge success, and seeing the smiles, enthusiasm, and growth from every player made it all worthwhile. The players worked hard, learned new skills, built confidence, and most importantly, had an amazing time both on and off the field. 🤩

Thank you to every player and parent who made this clinic such a success. If you missed out this time, be sure to join us at our next Holiday Rugby Clinic. You’ll have loads of fun, make new friends, and take your rugby skills to the next level. 🔥

See you at the next one. 🏉💪

🏉 Building the ruck from the ground up.

This progression drill helped our players understand how a ruck is formed and why every role matters. Starting with one player, then adding support, and finally bringing in the cleaner, each round built on the last to develop confidence, communication, and correct technique. 💪

Strong rucks create quick ball. Quick ball creates attacking opportunities. 🔥
