A special shoutout to Stephan Mulder — coach and owner of IP FITNESS — competing in his first solo competition in almost 2 years. Your dedication to leading from the front never goes unnoticed.

And to wc , stepping onto the competition floor after only 4 months with us. The hard work, consistency and commitment you’ve shown have been incredible to watch.

No matter the outcome today, we’re already proud of what you’ve achieved and the courage it takes to test yourself when it matters most.

To everyone coming out to support, cheer, and stand behind our athletes — thank you. Your energy, encouragement and support mean more than you know. ❤️

Everyone sees the workouts, the heavy barbells, and the sweat.

What you don’t see are the friendships built between sets, the confidence gained from doing things you never thought possible, and the support that shows up on both the good and bad days.

Twee weke gelede het ons die basiese bewegings gedeel wat jou help om die krag, koördinasie en selfvertroue te bou wat nodig is vir rope climbs. 💪

Nou is dit tyd vir Deel 2: hoe om die J-hook te leer en te bemeester.

Ons het heelwat request van IP Fam ontvang oor hoe om beter te raak met rope climbs, en die J-hook is een van die belangrikste tegnieke om aan te leer. Deur die tou reg met jou voete vas te "clamp" , kan jy jou bene meer gebruik, jou grip spaar en rope climbs baie makliker en minder "taxing" maak.

Onthou, ropeclimbs gaan nie net oor bolyfkrag nie – tegniek speel 'n groot rol. 'n Goeie J-hook kan die verskil wees tussen sukkel teen die tou en glad opbeweeg.

Oefen die beweging, wees geduldig met die proses, en voor jy jou oë uitvee, sal jy met selfvertroue die tou kan klim. 🧗‍♂️🔥

Ontmoet vir Coach Olga 🌟

Moenie dat haar sagte stem jou flous nie.

Olga is een van daardie coaches wat nie die hardste in die vertrek hoef te wees om 'n groot impak te maak nie. Haar rustige en vriendelike persoonlikheid laat almal welkom voel van die oomblik wat hulle by IP Fitness instap, maar wanneer dit tyd is om te werk, weet sy presies hoe om jou te help om jou limits te push.

As 'n ware gymnastics wizard het Olga 'n ongelooflike oog vir tegniek en beweging. Of jy nou werk aan jou eerste pull-up, handstand, touklim of meer gevorderde vaardighede, sy het altyd die regte raad, aanmoediging en leiding.

Geduldig, kundig en opreg betrokke by elke lid se vordering, het Olga 'n besondere vermoë om die beste uit mense te haal sonder dat jy ooit voel jy word "op die spot gesit" . Sy laat jou harder werk, meer glo in jouself en elke sessie geniet.
