Our ForeverStrong Family is coming together in support of ILoveBoobies ZA NPC for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Across all our Friday and Saturday classes, we’ll be creating awareness and giving everyone the opportunity to make a donation towards the cause.

And because we want as many people as possible to be part of these two days…

They’ll also be giving away 20 gifts to 20 lucky winners on Saturday. 🩷

No donation is too small. It’s about all of us coming together, creating awareness and using our ForeverStrong Family to support something that matters.

We can rotate counters throughout the day, so once you've finished your Games and had time to recover, you could help relieve someone else.
Or if you're competing later, you could possibly help earlier in the morning! We can make a plan and work around everyone's starting times! So PLEASE don't think you can't help just because you're participating!

And if you have a partner, friend or family member who can help, PLEASE bring them along!

THE LEVELS ARE HERE! 👀🔥

You’ve seen the Games. Now it’s time to see exactly what you’re taking on!

FOREVERGAMES HAS 3 LEVELS:

🔥 LEVEL 3 — ADVANCED
🔥 LEVEL 2 — COMPETITOR
🔥 LEVEL 1 — CHALLENGER

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

💪 REPS: Same across all 3 Levels.
🏋️ WEIGHTS: Same across all 3 Levels.
🏃 RUNNING: Different distances for each Level.
📦 BOX JUMPS: Slightly different standards depending on your Level.

🏆 IMPORTANT — PODIUM POSITIONS

Only Level 3 will compete for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

AND YES, YOU HAVE OPTIONS! 👀

You can still participate in Level 3 and choose to do step-ups instead of box jumps if you’re not comfortable jumping.

Your time will still be recorded, but you will not qualify for a podium position if you choose step-ups.

LEVEL 1 & 2 — YOU ARE STILL DOING FOREVERGAMES! 🔥

You will have an official start, your time will be recorded, and you will cross that same finish line!

ALREADY CHOSEN YOUR LEVEL?

Don’t stress! We know everyone selected a Level when entering, but you will still have the opportunity to change your Level if you feel another one is better suited to you.

We will finalise everyone’s Levels closer to Game Day, so nothing is set in stone just yet!
