Welcome to the FIRST EVER SUPER SUNDAY GRAND FINALS at Brackenfell Action Sports!

After an incredible Winter League, the best of the best are ready to battle it out for championship glory. Every pass, every intercept, every goal and every second has led to this moment.

To every player, captain, organiser, umpire and supporter: thank you for making this season one to remember. Today we celebrate the passion, the commitment and the incredible Action Netball family that makes Brackenfell so special.

Good luck to every finalist. Leave everything on the court, play with heart and create memories that will last a lifetime.

WELCOME TO SUPER SUNDAY! The road ends here... Champions will be crowned today!

On Thursday, 25 June at 18:10, the Samurais will be hosting a Memorial Cricket Game in honour of our fallen brother, Michiel "Migster" Elema, who sadly passed away on 20 June.

For this special occasion, we have brought together the core group of players who started this journey alongside Migster. Standing opposite us will be one of the teams we have shared the nets, battles, laughs, and memories with more than any other over the years – our longest-standing rivals and friends, the Safari Boys.

Today, we remember a teammate, a brother, and a friend.

It was an absolute privilege to have known Michiel and an even greater privilege to have had him as part of the Samurais family. His smile, determination, humour, and unwavering spirit left a mark on every person who had the honour of sharing a field, a conversation, or a friendship with him.

Words cannot fully express how much we will miss him. The Samurais have lost one of our own, but the memories, friendships, and legacy he leaves behind will remain with us forever.

As a tribute to Michiel, the Samurais have made the decision to retire jersey number 17. No one will ever wear it again, because for us, number 17 will forever belong to Migster.

Forever 17.
Forever a Samurai.
Forever our brother.

We are not saying goodbye; we are simply saying, "Until we meet again."

Rest in peace, Migster.
