Congratulations to all the students who graded on Saturday after the Intermediate Karate Seminar. Special congratulations to Leon Kapp, Carlo Vermeulen, Bartho Vermeulen and Ciska van Rooyen who passed their Brown + 2 and Brown + 1 gradings. Well done!! Now on to the next step!!

Our Junior kyu gasshuku last weekend. Hope all that attented enjoyed it. I know I did! Not just the kids learning from this Gasshuku. There was so so many new training ideas from Sensei Bakkies.
This weekend is the senior kyu Gasshuku. Can't wait to see everybody and train together
