Happy Tuesday !
Today I'd like to talk about plyometric movements. Do you even ? Here's some Benefits:
Dynamic jumping movements increase the Heart rate improving your cardiovascular fitness.
The best way to do these exercises are on a interval time period system eg. EMOM, 30 on 30 off.
Doing these dynamic movements improves your control when doing static exercises eg. Lunges
