Some of us have kids and we try to set a good example for them to follow, unfortunately it is, monkey see, monkey do.

My daughter has seen me making healthier choices for a while now and as a result she too has been making them for herself.

This was her today making healthy treats to take to her final school day picnic. Be consistent and persistent, they will follow you!
