First Mother’s Day 🤍
Being a mom to these girls is the title I am most proud of and the greatest privilege of my life. The love, the joy, the chaos, the exhaustion, every part of it is the most meaningful thing I have ever done.
Forever grateful to be a part of the most badass club of women there are. Cheers to the moms, true superheroes. 🫶

Happy due date to our girlies 🤍🤍
56 days of bed rest
21 days in the antepartum unit
63 hours of NST testing (IYKYK)
47 days in the NICU
What a journey it’s been. The longest, hardest, most emotional rollercoaster and one I would ride a thousand times over for these two.
Feeling unbelievably grateful that we’re finally all home under the same roof. Bradley + Callahan, you are our whole world. We love you forever sweet girls. 🤍🤍
Forever blessed to be a twin mama.

Happy 40th birthday to my favorite person. 🎉
This year has been the most special yet. Watching you become a dad to our twin girls has been the greatest joy of my life. The way you love them, care for them, and already show up for them every single day makes me so proud and so grateful to be doing this life with you.
You are the best partner, the most incredible dad, and the heart of our little family. We love you more than words can say. Here’s to 40 and to the amazing years ahead.

My babes took their first full breastfeed today. Truly feeling so lucky and so proud of all of us. Any preemie mama knows what a huge milestone this is.
Becoming a mom is such a primal experience, and the breastfeeding journey has honestly been my favorite part so far. I’m a big believer that a fed baby is a happy baby, and every mom’s journey looks different. But for me, there’s something so amazing about this part of the process, the ups and downs, the patience it takes, the practice, and the fact that my body can literally be the source of all the nutrients my babies need.
Once again I’m just in awe of women and the female body. How freaking badass are we?
And next time you see a mom pumping or breastfeeding in public, either give her space or tell her she’s doing an incredible job. Because this work is no joke and it deserves to be celebrated. 🤍

This little moment deserved a permanent spot on the feed.
Quinn twin girlies reunited for the first time. And I think they missed each other.

The day our hearts grew in ways we never knew were possible.
We are beyond thrilled to introduce our twin girls:

Both healthy and thriving in the NICU.
From the moment we saw you, everything changed. A love deeper, bigger, and more overwhelming than we could have ever imagined.
Our lives are forever different, forever fuller, forever yours.
So completely, endlessly in love with these girls.
Welcome to the world, sweet babes.

Our family of two is becoming a family of five this February — two identical twin girls and our newest addition, Finn. 🤍
The last 30 weeks have been a journey we never could have imagined. Right before finding out I was pregnant, we lost our soul dog Fletch. Walking into this next chapter without him felt impossible, like something deeply important was missing that was meant to be here with us.
At 9 weeks, we learned we were having twins. We were shocked, overwhelmed, and if I’m being honest, it took us a moment to fully wrap our heads around it. But once we did, the love and excitement came fast and fierce.

It’s been a couple weeks since getting home from a trip of a lifetime to South Africa. I don’t think there has been a day that’s gone by that I haven’t thought about it. There’s a stillness there that’s hard to describe, like time slows down and everything that usually feels urgent just… doesn’t. It’s humbling, grounding, and so deeply peaceful.
The safari brought a kind of clarity I didn’t know I needed. It reminded me of what truly matters—presence, connection, and respect for the world around us.
We met the most incredible people, so full of knowledge, passion, and pride. I learned so much just by listening, and I’ll always be grateful for those moments and conversations.
It opened my eyes to how much convenience shapes our lives and how often that comes at a cost to the planet. We’re the only species that knowingly damages its own environment. That realization hit hard. There’s something about being an outsider in their territory, in the animals world, that really shifts your perspective. You’re a guest, and it’s impossible not to feel both awe and responsibility in that space.
I came home with a deeper appreciation for nature, for silence, for simplicity.
This experience was a gift, and one I hope everyone gets to feel in their lifetime.

It’s officially been one week since we said goodbye to our golden boy, Fletcher. One week… and somehow already too long. We miss him more than words can ever capture. If we could have taken on all his pain to spare him even a moment of it, we would have done it in a heartbeat.
Cancer is a cruel thief — it took our sweet boy far too quickly, and far too soon.
Run free, buddy. We’ll look for you in the stars at night. Your parents will love you forever.

Fletcher. Happy 8 years to my golden boy.
Two weeks ago, we found out our sweet boy has lymphoma. This week, we began treatment. It’s been one of the hardest things we’ve ever faced—watching him go through this, not being able to explain what’s happening, just trying to love him through every step.
Fletcher has been with us through everything. He’s not just a dog—he’s the heartbeat of our little family. The joy in every morning. The comfort in every hard moment. He’s what makes our house a home. And he has touched so many souls at Alchemy.
Today, we celebrate him. We celebrate the eight beautiful years of unconditional love, endless tail wags, and the goofy, gentle soul that has made our lives whole.
If you see him in the studio, give him an extra pet and a little more love. And if you can, send some strength his way. He’s fighting something big, but if anyone can do it with grace and sweetness—it’s our boy.
We love you more than words, buddy. Let’s make this birthday full of snuggles, walks and sunshine.
