CLEANS.
BOX OVERS.
REPEAT.
BURPEES.

Workout 1 came out swinging! No time to get comfortable, no time to catch your breath — just 7 minutes of work followed by 90 seconds of burpees to finish the job!

The effort was unreal, the support was next level, and the energy in the gym was something special!

A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS!

None of this would be possible without the amazing businesses who got behind our in-house competition. Thank you for supporting FIKS, our athletes, and the community we’re building together!

❤️ To our sponsors:

Please show them some love and support the businesses that support us! 👏

SHORT. BRUTAL. ALL OUT. 🔥

Assault Bikes, running, and absolutely NO letting up! 🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️

The workout was tough, but the energy, the support, and the gees from everyone? NEXT LEVEL!

This is what FIKS is all about — pushing limits, backing each other, and having an absolute jol while doing it!

What a morning.
What a vibe.
WHAT A COMMUNITY!

🇿🇦 HERITAGE DAY AT FIKS 🇿🇦

What a morning! 🙌

A massive group of people, different backgrounds, different stories — all coming together to train, sweat and have a lekker time.

That’s what Heritage Day means to us.

Celebrating what makes us different, while enjoying what brings us together. ❤️

But what does your heritage mean to you?
