Accountability

You can't be accountable if you don't know what you should be taking accountability for.
Set goals for yourself that are clear and measurable so everyone, including you, knows what you're trying to achieve.
At Body20, we help keep you accountable with the help of the nutrition Dr, weekly Inbody assessments and your "appointment" once you book your session it's a meeting with yourself π
During the colder months it will help to have an accountability partner, it's always fun and motivating to train with someone!
