BAPTIZE US WITH YOUR SPIRIT LORD. Courage. Stories of good conquering evil; victory against all odds and told … delighting audiences They needed faith and courage for triumph to happen; a willingness to make a stand for the things they believed, never mind the consequences.
Today we need people ready to risk all in the cause of truth:
• ready to hold firmly to their principles
• despite every effort to sway them.

Have we the resolve? 🎵If the cross is signed on us, where is courage and commitment needed? 🎵

HOW SWEET THE NAME OF JESUS SOUNDS. Commitment. Many who commit themselves to Christ start out bursting with enthusiasm. As soon as the wave of excitement fades, they quickly lose interest. The initial act of COMMITMENT is easy. It’s when the cost of discipleship and level of commitment required becomes clear that the real test comes:
• Once we start, we commit to finish
• That’s what faith is all about
• What it means to be a disciple of Jesus.
Are we prepared to finish the race? How sweet does the name of Jesus sound when the going gets tough?
What has happened to our New Year’s resolutions?
