In a desperate attempt to stop their prized asset from joining the Spanish giants have offered the 23 yr old complete control of sporting operations.
This means they will allow him to be managing who his teammates will be amongst other things.
The offer would be on top of making him the highest paid football player with an annual salary of About £4million a month.

After his big money move from Mamelodi Sundowns to Kaizer Chiefs, there has been high expectations of the talented Zimbabwean.
Its been a rocky journey for Khama at Chiefs but as off late he has been resembling the old Khama Billiat.
Full of running, endeavour, enthusiasm, confidence and exuberance.
Its good news for Kaizer Chiefs fans that the old magic is slowly coming back.
