5 Step Recovery Routine ⬇️💪
Recovery is where you experience the benefit from training, and a recovery routine helps to make the important things automatic. Here’s the routine of Barrier Breaker rider :
✅ Recovery smoothie: with 20g protein and 50g carbs, Sally-Ann Creed collagen, and as many micronutrients as possible.
✅ Massage gun: I use a Theragun because I’m too lazy to foam roll.
✅ Stretch: focusing on the legs, hips and back.
✅ Shower: (sometimes this comes first if I’m really sweaty)
✅ Finally, products: sometimes arnica, sometimes the magnesium lotion, and I try to use the hygiene spray on my helmet as often as I remember.
What’s your recovery routine? Let us know below ⬇️💙

💥 7 tire pressure tips ⬇️
✅ calculate your ideal tire pressure using an online calculator or at a bike shop, whenever you get a new type of tires
✅ your back tire should have less pressure than your front tire
✅ tubeless tires need less pressure than tires with tubes, even if the tire width is the same
✅ you can adjust your tire pressure depending on the terrain you’re planning to ride in, eg you might want to lower your pressure if there’ll be soft sand
✅ lower pressure increases cornering grip
✅ tires lose pressure over time, make sure you check tire pressure regularly, especially if your bike hasn’t been ridden in a while
✅ never over-inflate: check the ‘max pressure’ on the sidewall of the tire
