Feeling the pre-exam jitters?
We get it! At this stage, the best preparation is mental. 🧠 Here are three quick tips to stay calm and confident this week:

* Trust Your Training: You’ve put in the hours. The technique is there.

*Visualise Success: Spend 5 minutes daily running through your exercises perfectly in your mind.

*Prioritise Sleep: A rested body performs better than a tired one.

Breathe deep, enjoy the moment, and remember how far you've come! Good luck to all our dancers.

Exams aren’t just about the results, they’re about showing yourself how far you’ve come. Every plié, every tendu, every moment of hard work has led you to this point. 🩰✨

Ballet exams:
💪 Build confidence and discipline
🎯 Set clear goals to work towards
🌟 Encourage growth and progression
👏 Celebrate dedication and passion

To our students, trust your training and dance with joy.
To our teachers, thank you for your tireless dedication and guidance.
To our parents, your support makes this journey possible. ❤️

Let’s celebrate the incredible journey, not just the outcome. Here’s to a season of grace, strength, and proud moments! 🌷

Today, we celebrate the rich cultural tapestry of South Africa and the role that the arts play in preserving and expressing our heritage.

🩰 Did you know? Ballet first came to South Africa in the early 20th century through touring European companies. In 1951, the Royal Academy of Dance held its first-ever examinations in South Africa, planting the seeds for generations of dancers to come.

As we reflect on our shared history, let’s honour the dancers, teachers, and visionaries who’ve shaped ballet into a part of our cultural story.

💃🏽 Heritage lives on through every pirouette, plié, and performance.

Happy Heritage Day!

We’re looking for an aspiring ballet teacher who would like to invest time and energy into young dancers.

Our school operates as an extra-curricular activity and would suit an existing studio owner looking to include a satellite school to their dance school business.

Our students are young and enthusiastic and are bound to creep into the cockles of your heart!!

💙🤍♥️
