This year wasn’t perfect — and that’s exactly why I’m grateful for it. 🙌
I made mistakes. I failed. I doubted myself.
But I also learned, improved, and kept showing up.💪
One of my biggest milestones this year:
👉 I stepped on stage for my first bodybuilding competition. 💪
Not because I had it all figured out — but because I chose discipline over comfort.
At the age of 35years,
Being a Husband to my wife,
a Dad to my daughters,
Working a 9-5 Job as an accountant,
part-time as a photographer & videographer
and managing a financial business. with all this I still managed to get and stay in shape.
If I Could do it so can you.
Growth isn’t always flashy. Sometimes it looks like:
• fixing your mindset
• building your body brick by brick
• saying no to old habits
• Meal preping on a Sunday
• showing up when nobody sees it
If this year challenged you — good.
That means you’re growing.
Take the lessons and walk into the new year stronger — physically, mentally, and spiritually. 🚀🔥
Let’s keep building.
If you’re ready to level up next year, drop a 💪 in the comments.
