Job Title: Store Manager

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure a high standard of customer service. The role also includes overseeing social media activity and basic e-commerce/store system management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily store operations and staff management
* Drive sales performance and meet targets
* Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory accuracy
* Maintain visual merchandising standards
* Handle customer service and escalations
* Manage store social media (Instagram, Facebook) – posting and engagement
* Operate Lightspeed POS and oversee Shopify store
* Upload products and maintain accurate listings on Lightspeed & Shopify

Minimum Requirements:

* Matric certificate
* Minimum 5 years retail experience (2+ years in management)
* Proven sales performance
* Experience with social media for business
* Working knowledge of Lightspeed POS & Shopify
* Experience with product uploads, stock management, and e-commerce platforms
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Willing to work retail hours (weekends & public holidays)
