It’s not about chasing perfection, shrinking yourself, or trying to look 25 again.

International Pilates Day reminds us that Pilates is so much more than physical exercise.
A recent observational study by Guidotti and colleagues found that just one Pilates class per week over three months led to:
• Reduced anxiety
• Reduced depression
• Lower stress levels
Participants also reported being better able to mentally “step away” from daily pressure and overwhelm.
