Regardless, you have booked your first session for a couple of hours. Intstructor does a few warm up exersizes that makes you feel silly.

He does a couple of techniques where he shows you how to defend a neck grab. Then you learn to throw a few punches with a few take downs and its over.

Are you even remotely ready for a serious altercation with a predator who is not doing anything that complies with any of your techniques?

Would you roll on the floor when there is 3 of them or would you resort to full compliance so they dont escalate and harm you....

Learn real self defense is hard work. Criminals dont half attack you do they? Do they care about your safety or do they care about the money thats in your pocket...

Learn self defense realisticly. Train hard and that will better yours odds of survival.
