Considering babywearing dance? We offer a FREE CLASS with Mama Moves Babywearing Dance, on Wednesday the 12th of October! All you have to do is send me a pm, email, or sms to secure yourself a free spot.

International Babywearing Week is happening right now! Babywearing helps the baby to feel content and safe being able to feel the warmth from the mother, hear her voice and heartbeat, sense her movements, and smell her skin. All which provides emotional safety for the baby when needed.

Mama Moves baby wearing class is a complete workout during which both cardiovascular endurance/flexibility and muscular capacity/strength are enhanced. Join us ever Wednesday from 10:00 am - 10:45 am

Thanks to all the mamas and babas who showed up for the first class at Mama Moves! Smiles, happiness, good energies, and sweet baby babbling filled the room.

The baby wearing components of the class is designed around the use of the baby carrier. It is not as simple as just 'strapping on a baby' and calling it a 'Mums and Bubs' class. It is imperative that the exercise being performed takes into account the extra load that the mother is bearing.

A dance class that you can bring your baby along to can be very appealing to a new mum who does not want to put her baby in a crèche, or to a baby who does not wish to be left behind.
