My 1st Black Opps Elite race in a year…Im feeling the after effects! No Injuries, thank goodness. Fast & Furious was the theme of the day🥵 well done gents, respect 💪🏻 Happy with a top 10 spot in that field but a lot of work lies ahead till the next one. What a privilege to have competed, what an awesome event once again!!! Jesus saves, God is good, mom & dad were awesome next to the field and you are an angel and the light of my life…❤️

Finally…its official! New Guinness World record for most burpee pull ups in 1 hour. So many people to thank but instead I will thank my God 1st and foremost 🙏🏻 Without Jesus nothing is possible! This record is dedicated to every man women & child living in slavery and victims of human trafficking, may our actions be bold to protect the innocent & vulnerable.

1st race back since March…blessed & thankful for a injury free event! .4glorychallenge you guys did not disappoint once again. Super super technical trail, awesome innovative and challenging obstacles and such a friendly vibe all around. Only the 3 guys on the podium completed all the obstacles for the day so that says something about the quality and difficulty☝️ I can’t say enough about this ‘little’ race. Well done and the entire team! Pienaar , Ernst and everyone there flippen well done💪🏻 and so many thank you’s for your hospitality and friendly attitude. Its an absolute pleasure visiting and taking part in your event and if God wills it we will keep on coming back each year!
