It honestly doesn’t matter what time of the day you workout. As long as you’re moving, you’re on the right track 👏🏻
Even as a PT, I need a push. A push to lift heavier, to run faster, and to be better than I was the day before.
So here’s my bestie pushing me in the moments that I’m slacking. Always encouraging me and reminding me that I can do this!

One of the workouts I did this morning:
8 reps x 5 sets weighted front squats (1 min break between sets
METCON (Metabolic Conditioning)
Alternating single-arm hang clean - 6 per side (12)
Front rack forward lunge - 6 per side (12)
Running - 1 min
Kettlebell Swing - 18 reps
Repeat x 5
NB: Warm up and cool down
