The class times at Karate and Self Defense Constantia are as follows:

Adults: Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's from 8:15am - 9:15am.
8 - 14 years old: Saturday's 8:30am - 9:15am
4 - 7 years old: Wednesday's 2pm - 2:30pm
