Join us for an epic afternoon of music, fun, and fundraising at Pinelands Bowling Club!

The talented New Horizon : The Band will be rocking the stage for us. Thank you, Cheryl Cox and team!

Doors open at 13h00, with the band kicking off at 14h00.

Entry is just R90 per person, and it’s all in support of our bowlers and future stars. There will be boerewors rolls on sale / bring your snacks. Bring your family and friends – everyone’s welcome to enjoy the great music, great company, and a great cause.

💚 Huge thank you to Gordons Bay Bowling Club for collecting secondhand bowls bags for our junior bowls 💚. They were in boxes which would definitely not have lasted through the winter.

Eros School for children with Cerebral Palsy buses arrived with 34 children for their first session of 2025! What an honour and privilege it was to see these excited faces on the green. Teachers and coaches were equally as enthusiastic. We even had a surprise visit from the Principal Mr Haupt.

Thank you to every person who makes this sport/outing/experience possible for these learners💙

🧑‍🎓What an honour it was to be invited to the Eros School for children with Cerebral Palsy Intermediate Phase prize-giving this morning. The goal of running a bowls program for a year with appropriately 160 learners was achieved!!!! Three lessons a week, three bus trips, school permission slips, weekly coaches, physios, teachers, available equipment, refreshments....the list goes on! But we did it!

Our Wheatfield Bowling Club coaches all received beautiful certificates and a thank you gift in recognition of their dedication🎁

Thank you everyone for making this youth bowls initiative a reality!! We looking forward to 2025 already!

Thank you once again to all the parties involved! The children have had a fantastic year! 😊

We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to all the teams that supported our club's fundraiser on Sunday Spring Day💐! It is on these special days that we recognise and thank the bowling community for coming together in support of a smaller club.

It is amazing what can be accomplished and enjoyed when our bowling friends and family combine efforts!

First place - Glen Country Club
Second place - Mowbray Bowls Club
And in joint third place were Pollsmoor Bowling Club and Mowbray Bowls Club

What a special day this was in the world of bowls! Eros School for children with Cerebral Palsy had a sports day! Thank you to the club for hosting (not only on this day but since 2019!), thank you to ALL involved at the school, and thank you to WP Bowls for the sponsorship😉

This financial contribution from WP Bowls was a wonderful gesture acknowledging the relationship between one of our bowling clubs, namely Wheatfield and Eros Primary School which transports the children weekly and whose teachers have also become highly invested in the sport for their students.

We are loving every moment of our time together!

These Eros School for children with Cerebral Palsy learners and teachers are absolutely INCREDIBLE⭐😘 We had over 30 pupils on our green this morning and everyone enjoyed every moment! It is the highlight of our week! And yet another example that bowls is a sport for ALL🧑‍🦽
