Sickle Serpent dance company

Tribal fusion dance company based in Glencairn, Simon's Town, Cape Town.

We are a community of women who welcome all women to join us in this sensual, grounded and creative dance form. It is a most rewarding exercise practice and expressive outlet that strengthens your core, tones, increases mobility, fitness and co-ordination. We also get involved in other group activities that relate to the dance, it's costume and performance enjoying regular creative workshops and social gatherings aimed at having fun and celebrating what it means to be a woman.
