SABOT FRC is now in Cape Town!
From next Sunday Sabotage Elite Instructors will kick off beginners sessions in Woodstock, Cape town.
Club captains Kenji, Ross and Tom are amongst the most experienced parkour practitioners in South Africa and will be able to impart basic skill and technique as well as inspire creativity and style
