The final Grit workout—and there is nowhere left to hide.

HANGIN’ ON starts with gymnastics, synchro squats and one very important rule: if your partner drops the farmer hold, your work on the rig stops.

Get through Part 1, take your one-minute breather, then empty whatever is left into four minutes of burpees over the log.

Grip, teamwork and one final push.

Three 5-minute AMRAPs. Three completely different ways to suffer. 👀

First up: sandbag bench press while your teammates keep the worm off the ground.

Then: burpees over the log. One works, two rest. Change whenever you need to.

Finally: drag the worm while one teammate holds the sandbag and the other waits for their turn.

Awkward objects. Heavy holds. Plenty of opportunities for points.

“Don’t Let Me Down”

For most of you, this is the last workout of the weekend—and those drinks are going to taste very sweet. 🍻
