We wish Alex all of the best for his upcoming fight in the EFC 130 event. Alex wrestled as a youngster for many years at Goodwood and is back in the fold.

Due to circumstances, of our junior wrestlers were more active at rugby matches than wrestling tournaments for 2025, although regularly participating in practice sessions of both codes. Receiving a few awards at Hamiltons SP RFC, awards ceremony. 🏆🏈🤼

Congratulations to our medal winners at the South African Wrestling Championships 26 - 28 September 2024. Total haul of 12 medals, 6 GOLD, 3 SILVER and 3 BRONZE from a total of 16 wrestlers.

All thanks to our late club secretary and Official of many years Marieta Pool who spent many hours of her retirement knitting exactly for this purpose. May her dear soul rest in Eternal peace.
