Khloé, one of our Advanced Squad swimmers, was completely surprised when her name was called and we could not be prouder of her achievement. Her dedication, consistency and hard work in the pool continue to shine through both in training and in competition 🌊

Well done, KhloΓ©. This is such a special and well-deserved achievement πŸ‘

Public holidays = swimmer attendance down πŸ“‰
Coach effort = absolutely not down πŸ“ˆπŸ˜‚
Still up before the sun.
Still writing sets.
Still shouting splits.
Still bringing the vibe like it’s a full squad.
Because real coaching doesn’t change depending on numbers.
2 swimmers or 20 swimmers…
the commitment stays the same.
A screenshot of what coaching actually looks like. πŸ”₯
