Our WECSA Western Cape Karate Proteas were honoured at the Evening of Excellence, where they were officially capped by the Western Cape Karate Federation ahead of their international campaign.

They are set to represent South Africa at the UFAK Africa Championship, Algeria 2026 — 6–13 September in Algiers.

We are so proud of you! All roads lead to Algeria! 🇿🇦➡️🇩🇿

🔙 THROWBACK THURSDAY | WORLD STAGE, SILVER MEDAL 🇿🇦🥈

Throwback to when our WECSA Boland Athletics star _Abelines Schoeman_ represented South Africa at the World Athletics U20 Championships in Oregon and brought home SILVER in the Men's 4x400m Relay — setting a new African U20 Record of 3:02.76.

We are so proud of this incredible achievement with his teammates, bringing home silver for Team SA.

Thanks for inspiring us, Abelines. We wish you many more medals.
