I have been in private practice, specialising in both conservative and post-operative management of spinal rehabilitation for the past twenty five years. I worked closely with a team of Neuro and Orthopaedic surgeons gaining experience to treat patients pre and post operatively. I now concentrate mainly on rehabilitation assisting my patients to achieve full function where possible. I conduct home visits in the early stages of recovery.

You can attend both Pilates and Gyrotonic® classes at the studio. I have studied these disciplines internationally and they have been found to be of great benefit for restoring function. I have attended many post-graduate courses, and incorporated these skills into my physiotherapy and rehabilitation practice to bring you world class teaching.

I teach locally and internationally. My courses are based on extensive clinical experience, integrating muscle energy techniques with exercise prescription, incorporating the clinical applications of Pilates and Gyrotonic exercise. I also run 5 day retreats offering teaching, meditation, relaxation techniques and walks in the countryside.
