From John Wright in Uganda: Had a good if very brief trip to Yei. I was glad that the roads were dry so thank you for all your prayers. Was encouraged by the DTS there. Miriam and Mau are doing a fantastic job with the students. Their first location was Kaya on the border with Uganda. Despite the heavy spiritual oppression, they prayed for over 400 people and saw more than 40 give their lives to Christ including 6 MU5L1MS. Their next location is Aba in DR Congo the first time that they have done an outreach out side South Sudan. Pray for their protection and for spiritual authority to do God's work.

Harvest Multiplication TRAINING (HMT)
Dear fellow YWAMER
This letter is going from YWAM MOROGORO – TANZANIA
Is a big pleasure to send to you what will happen in our base on MAY 19-30-2014.
We will run a course called HMT – Harvest Multiplication, it is about Church Planting Movement among UPG ( Unreached People Groups ).
INTERNATIONAL YWAM FRONTIER MISSION is doing this training all over the world, and in may 2014 will be here in YWAM MOROGORO – TANZANIA.
You may ask : What harvest are we trying to multiply? We are talking about God's Harvest among the unreached.
Then Jesus said to his disciples: "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field." Matthew 9:37,38
Therefore, this HMT TRAINING is about one of the strategies God is using today to multiply the harvest.
Harvest Multiplication is also known as Strategy Coordination. It is a key to see an unreached people group reached with the Gospel. The goal of a Harvest Multiplier/Strategy Coordinator is to see a Church Planting Movement happen in the unreached people group he is taking care of.
If you have vision to reach Muslim, Hindu, Budist, animist and people from different tribe, it is a course for you come TO BE PART.
Hwo will lead the seminar? Will come 3 people from INTERNATIONAL FRONTIER MISSION to teach and lead the seminar.

"Elders,
I just arrived from Livingston, where we organized the INDABA, a YWAM leaders regional meeting.
In the last days, YWAM has spoken about leading by influence. At the last global leader's meeting, the Lord had guided the leaders to relinquish all the leadership titles, such as President, Field Leader, an dos on, These leadership positions were left behind and all leaders were just called "elders".
During this time in Livingston I started to understand how this new leadership way is going to work on real. Our leaders were there and we worked together, we ministered and we were ministered, we gave and we were given from one another, we saw ministry gifts being acknowledged, didn't using titles or positions.
When I went back to my Base, in Huambo, I was feeling very happy to be part of a movement like YWAM. When others are giving themselves titles and looking for authority, the Lord has shown us a more exccelent way: of relinquishment and humility... I still don't know how this eldership thing is going to work... but I am sure we have been led by the Holy Spirit.
I am very excited to see how the Lord is going to lead us at the global meeting in Singapure. I don't understand everything, but I see our Heavenly Father's hand on it."
