๐ Building the ruck from the ground up.
This progression drill helped our players understand how a ruck is formed and why every role matters. Starting with one player, then adding support, and finally bringing in the cleaner, each round built on the last to develop confidence, communication, and correct technique. ๐ช
Strong rucks create quick ball. Quick ball creates attacking opportunities. ๐ฅ
