Cape Town Cycle Tour 110km solo ride during the pandemic VLOG 157

So, what do you do when your favorite annual cycle race is cancelled because of the Coronavirus pandemic? Well, you ride the 110km on a stormy Sunday afternoon, safely on your own! The scenery was stunning, the wind was much worse than expected, but it was a lot of fun! My 2021 is done and dusted!

Battling gale force winds on a New Year’s Day ride! Best wishes and update VLOG 150

For some years I have done a long ride on New Year’s Day (except when I am not in South Africa)! It was a hot and windy day as I headed out close to sunset for a 72km road ride. It was VERY fast going out and VERY slow coming back!

In this video I share some reflections on 2020, share best wishes with you, and give some thought to 2021.
