Belinda’s vision, dedication, and unwavering belief in the power of therapeutic riding laid the foundation for SARDA and the life-changing work that continues today. Her legacy continues to touch countless lives through every rider, volunteer, horse, and supporter who is part of SARDA.

From all of us at SARDA, we wish Belinda a wonderful year ahead, filled with happiness, good health, and all the joy she so richly deserves.

Today’s lesson focused on enriching the riders’ often limited experiences through contact with new activities, fellow riders, side walkers, and volunteers in a way that encouraged proactive participation. The session aimed to improve posture, balance, coordination, flexibility, range of movement, muscle strength, and reduce spasticity in an engaging and supportive environment.
