Our HYROX classes are specifically designed to prepare you for the demands of a real HYROX race, combining running, strength, endurance, and functional fitness into one complete training session.
With access to sled push & pull lanes, turf, ski ergs, rowers, wall balls, carries, and conditioning equipment, you’ll train using the same style of movements and race flow you’ll experience on competition day.

Today we’re looking at WHY HIIT at CF Blue Sky
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, and the goal is simple: MOVE 🔥
Our HIIT classes are designed to keep you working, sweating, and pushing for the full session. In the time you’re here, we aim to keep the intensity high, the heart rate pumping, and the body moving as much as possible. 🥵
Unlike CrossFit, HIIT doesn’t focus heavily on barbell lifting or gymnastics movements, which makes it a great option for people wanting an effective workout without the more technical side of training. 🏋🏼
