Overberg Goju Kai Karate-Do Francois Du Plessis

So after months of strenuous preparation and hours of hard work, the Overberg team left for Japan today to take part in the 8th Goju-Kai World Championships in Chiba.
The dojo wishes them all the best. We know they will make us proud.
