A comprehensive structured, fun-filled health & fitness programme for children 18 months - 6 years. Designed to develop & promote good health and exercise

The program is designed to develop and promote good health and exercise habits in children from an early age. Our Stretch-n-Grow stars (the children) learn that fitness is FUN! They learn the basics of a good exercise program. Each class enables them to improve their fundamentals of exercise: Endurance, Agility, Flexibility, Balance, Co-ordination and Strength. They also learn the importance of a warm-up and cool down as well as muscle groups and their functions.
