Training tips for a half or full marathon ⬇️

- Build a base with slow long runs
- Invest in the right shoes
- Pace yourself from slow to harder runs
- Hydrate & fuel (especially the long runs )
- Add strength work to your programme
- Have recovery/active recovery days
- Join a running club for the support
