Last weekend saw the Western Capes best young athletes descend on Green Point Stadium with the hope to get selected for first Elite speed training Camp in October that will be run by World 100m Champion .
Mentored by fellow US Olympian Sharrieffa Barksdale who's energy and determination has seen this project get off the ground to develop young talent in Africa to it's full potential and help realize dreams.

Sanari Fitness giving us that โ today, itโs all about improving your POWER/STRENGTH focussing on the abdominals with the Rocky Abdominal Exercise! See key tips below;
1. There should be one straight line from shoulder, hip, knee and ankle throughout.
You can also do this on the floor with something above your head like a pole or bar. Anything that you can anchor your hands to.
N.B. If you have a bad back this is not the best exercise to attempt as will likely cause you issues. Best to give it a miss!
