South African gymnasts shine at 20th FIG Koper World Challenge Cup in Slovenia 2026 including a silver medal for team SA's Caitlin Rooskrantz!

With the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow now just weeks away, the silver medal couldn’t have come at a better time.

🇿🇦🏆 Gymnastics South Africa is pleased to officially announce the dates and host venues for the 2026 Gymnastics National Championships, set to take place from 24 September to 5 October 2026.

🥈🙌 SILVER at the Koper World Challenge Cup for team SA's Caitlin Rooskrantz! In 2017 Caitlin competed in her very first world cup at the same event and also where she made her very first bar final.

Four clean routines out of four for team SA during the qualifications at the Koper World Cup and a strong showing from our artistic gymnasts! Well done to Caitlin Rooskrantz and Naveen Daries on qualifying for the bar finals!

Podium training done and team SA's 🇿🇦 women's artistic gymnasts are ready for competition at the Koper World Challenge Cup in Slovenia from 28-31 May.

Karma Visagie and Jessica Rautenbach compete in the vault qualifications today while Naveen Daries and Caitlin Rooskrantz compete in the bar qualification.

✈️🇿🇦 All the best to team SA's women's artistic gymnasts Caitlin Rooskrantz, Naveen Daries, Jessica Rautenbach and Karma Visagie who are off to compete at the Koper World Challenge Cup in Slovenia from 28-31 May.

They will be accompanied by coaches Ilse Pelser and Gerhard Ferreira along with judge Kim Lategan.
