Goodwood Rugby Football Club is one of the oldest rugby clubs in Western Province. With 82 years of history, we have been promoted to Super League B (SLB).
Through hardship comes success... We celebrated our 80th year of existence in 2021. As a community based club, we are very proud of our heritage. We have been promoted to Super B League in 2024 and have three senior teams and one u/20 team.
